Are you a driven and curious graduate eager to build a career in civil engineering? AECOM is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our Civil Infrastructure team in Dubai as a Graduate Civil Engineer as part of our Graduate Program. This role offers exposure to our utilities related infrastructure projects.
Role Overview: As a Graduate Civil Engineer at AECOM, you'll support the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure Water Utilities projects You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to key technical tools and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of civil infrastructure components for utilities, water, and site development layouts.
• Participate in the application of quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Support senior engineers with the preparation of design documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to drawing production and design models using platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
• Develop technical skills while enhancing your ability to communicate findings and progress clearly.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
• Available to start September 2025.
• As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
