Position Overview
AECOM Middle East is inviting talented UAE Nationals to join its 2025 Graduate Program under the Fursa initiative. This role offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring engineers to launch their careers in electrical and dry utilities design. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will work within AECOM's Dry Utilities team to support the design and development of power, street lighting, and telecommunications systems for major infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of dry utility networks, including LV/MV power distribution, street lighting, and telecommunications systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, layouts, and design drawings under senior supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless design coordination.
• Support project delivery by maintaining documentation and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Use BIM and CAD tools to create accurate models and technical outputs.
• Participate in technical meetings and contribute to project planning and problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple engineering sectors.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Recent graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025) with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and technical aptitude.
• Interest in electrical design, utilities, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Must be a UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
