About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in structural engineering while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems for various construction projects Perform structural calculations and create detailed drawings using industry-standard software Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary data Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Stay updated on the latest industry trends, building codes, and regulations Participate in professional development activities to enhance your engineering skills Support the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution UAE national (Emirati) Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and ETABS Strong AutoCAD skills for creating detailed structural drawings Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite Solid mathematical and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Basic understanding of structural engineering principles and practices * Willingness to participate in site visits and field work when required
