We are currently hiring experienced Grader Operators for our ongoing operations in Habshan, UAE. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience on ADNOC projects and familiarity with oilfield safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate motor graders to level and smooth surfaces in preparation for road construction, site grading, or backfilling operations.
Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers to achieve required grade levels and slopes.
Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections of the grader to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Maintain the grader and report any malfunctions or required repairs promptly.
Operate the equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to ADNOC and company HSE standards.
Assist with other earthwork activities when required.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License.
Minimum 3 years of experience operating graders in the UAE.
Experience in ADNOC or oilfield projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of fine grading, slope formation, and road base leveling.
Familiarity with oilfield safety procedures and working in restricted zones.
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu.
