We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Grader Operator

to join our construction and infrastructure team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating motor graders to spread and level materials such as gravel, earth, and asphalt during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate grader equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations. Perform road grading to fine tolerances to ensure level and proper surface finishing. Spread and mix materials using a grader for road maintenance or construction. Conduct routine maintenance checks on the machine to ensure proper operation. Report any defects or mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly. Read and interpret construction drawings, grades, and slope markings. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines. Follow all site safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grader Operator in road or civil construction projects. Valid UAE operator license (if required). Ability to read and understand project plans and grade specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in leveling and grading. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and sometimes harsh conditions. Good understanding of construction site safety procedures.
