Job Description
Grade Advisor (Female) supports students by guiding academic decisions, monitoring grade progress, and advising on subject choices for optimal performance. They liaise between students and faculty, track academic records, provide counselling, and help ensure academic standards are met. They foster student success and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Review student grades and provide feedback. Recommend courses and academic pathways appropriately. Monitor academic progress and alert underperforming students. Counsel students on study strategies and options. Liaise with teachers about grade concerns or improvements. Maintain accurate academic records and documentation. Provide timely support for grade appeals or queries. Assist in academic planning and scheduling decisions.
Skill & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of academic policies and grading systems. Proficient in data management and record-keeping. Ability to counsel and support students effectively. Good analytical skills to review student performance. Strong interpersonal skills and student-oriented approach.
