Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies based on the American curriculum
• Differentiate instruction to support ESL learners, gifted students, and students with diverse learning needs
• Use digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies to enhance lesson delivery
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress reports
• Foster a growth mindset and positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and curiosity
• Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, updates, and reports
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and collaborative planning with colleagues
• Participate in professional development programs and internal teacher training sessions

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a bachelor's degree with a PGCE/PGDE in Elementary Education
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience teaching Grade 5 or Upper Elementary level
• Familiarity with American curriculum standards (Common Core or similar) is strongly preferred
• Strong classroom management and behavior support techniques
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Open to relocating to Abu Dhabi and available to start in August 2025
