Key Responsibilities

:

GPS System Duties

:

Install and configure GPS tracking devices in vehicles and mobile assets. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on GPS systems. Calibrate GPS hardware and software for optimal performance. Verify real-time data transmission and tracking accuracy. Provide support and training to clients or fleet managers on using tracking platforms.

CCTV System Duties

:

Install CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and related accessories. Run and terminate cables (coaxial, CAT5/6, fiber optic, etc.). Configure and maintain IP-based and analog surveillance systems. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform routine system maintenance. Interpret wiring diagrams and install systems according to safety and quality standards.

General Responsibilities

:

Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and system configurations. Adhere to all safety protocols and installation standards. Coordinate with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure timely project completion. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies in GPS tracking and CCTV surveillance. Provide excellent customer service and technical support both onsite and remotely.

Requirements

:

Diploma or certificate in electronics, telecommunications, auto electrical, or related field. Proven experience with both GPS tracking and CCTV system installation and support. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites. if not its ok Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
