Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

General Practitioner (GP) Dentist

to join our growing clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care, building long-term patient relationships, and working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

The position offers a

basic salary of AED 3,000

or a

revenue share

(whichever is higher) for the first

6 months

, with a

profit-sharing

model to follow after this period.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dental care for patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and prevention. Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and dental cleanings. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations. Collaborate with the team to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Assist in developing clinic strategies to increase patient retention and overall clinic performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

First 6 months:

Basic salary of AED 3,000 or revenue share (whichever is higher).

After 6 months:

Transition to a

profit-sharing

model.

Visa:

The company will provide a visa. However, candidates with an

own visa

or

spouse visa

will be preferred.

License Activation:

The company will assist with the

DHA license activation

.

Eligibility Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery or equivalent from an accredited institution.

License:

DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or eligibility to practice in Dubai.

Experience:

Minimum of total 4 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on general dentistry.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
