Title: GP Aesthetic Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Practitioner (GP) specializing in aesthetic medicine to join our clinic. As a GP specializing in aesthetic medicine, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive aesthetic treatments and services to our patients. Your expertise and medical knowledge will contribute to enhancing our patients' appearance, confidence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history. Perform a thorough physical examination and provide a diagnosis based on the patient's needs and desired outcomes. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient, taking into consideration their unique characteristics, expectations, and medical considerations. Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to injectables (such as Botox and dermal fillers), laser procedures, chemical peels, and minor surgical procedures. Perform pre-treatment assessments, explain the procedures to patients, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Ensure the highest level of patient safety and care throughout all procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Monitor and manage patients' progress during the course of treatment, adjusting the treatment plan as necessary to achieve optimal results. Keep accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and professional development. Collaborate with other medical professionals and specialists within the clinic to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve desired outcomes. Provide post-treatment care and support to patients, including managing any potential complications or side effects. Maintain a warm and professional rapport with patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their aesthetic journey. Uphold ethical standards and legal requirements associated with aesthetic medicine, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and guidelines. Participate in regular clinic meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to enhance skills, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall growth of the clinic. Qualifications: Medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner. Specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine. Proven experience and expertise in performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments and procedures. In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic principles. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain procedures, set realistic expectations, and address patient concerns. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a busy schedule and prioritize patient care effectively.
