Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage and facilitate all government-related processes for our company. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations and procedures and will be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with government authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and other relevant departments.
Process visas, work permits, labor contracts, and other government approvals for employees.
Handle documentation and regulatory processes for Resort registration, licensing, renewals, and amendments.
Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and collection of all documentation with government entities.
Maintain accurate records of all government correspondence, approvals, and transactions.
Assist in resolving any regulatory, licensing, or compliance issues efficiently.
Provide regular updates to management regarding application status, requirements, and deadlines.
