Discover the Role
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for handling and completing all government-related procedures through in-person visits and manual processing. This field-based role ensures the company's legal and administrative requirements are met by directly coordinating with government offices, ministries, and service centers. The officer plays a key role in submitting, following up on, and collecting official documents and approvals in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to government entities such as Jawazat, Labor Office, Traffic Department, Civil Affairs, and others to complete required procedures.
Submit, follow up on, and collect official documents including visas, Iqamas, licenses, and permits.
Ensure timely renewal of company-related legal documents and employee records.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular updates to management.
Stay up to date with changes in government procedures and requirements.
Handle urgent or time-sensitive government-related tasks as needed.
Complete services such as Iqama renewals, work permits, visa stamping, and traffic-related processes.
Represent the company professionally with both government authorities and clients.
Key Requirements
University degree in business administration or relevant discipline;
Fluency both in English and Arabic is mandatory (both written and spoken);
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR/Public/Government Relations role;
Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals;
Experience in dealing with government authorities and managing relationships with stakeholders;
Strong knowledge of government processes and regulatory frameworks;
Customer-oriented, with an understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, communication, and process execution;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong cultural awareness and understanding of local business etiquette;
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and strong problem-solving skills;
Leadership skills;
High level of confidentiality.
