You will be responsible to carry out the processing, follow-through, and completion of all daily online transactions of the Commercial Government Relations function, ensuring timely processing of documents and effective execution of job requests. Interact and communicate with internal stakeholder regarding job requests. Government Relations Services include but are not limited to registration of business activities and formation of companies with appropriate authorities. Knowledge and Skills o Previous GR experience within KSA o Good knowledge of KSA Company law, Business/Commercial Law, and legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to commercial operations, trading, import/export, distribution, store opening and operations, etc. o Basic knowledge of Retail/F&B/Hospitality and distribution industries. o Good influencing, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. o Good numerical and commercial skills with an ability to negotiate. o Proactive, collaborative, and consultative in style. o Strong communication and presentation skills.
