The Company

Robert Half are working with an impressive Capital Markets Team who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Government Relations and Strategy Manager to join. This role will be instrumental in supporting theirl public listing, fundraising efforts, M&A activities (both in the UAE and globally), and providing strategic assistance to the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GCC government energy, industrial, and financial policy priorities, as well as a strong network of government relationships.

The Role
  • Develop a deep understanding of UAE government energy, industrial, and financial policy priorities to assist in setting business and financial strategies.
  • Leverage existing high-level government relationships and establish new government resources aligned with our business strategy and capital requirements.
  • Fully comprehend the company\'s business strategy and devise effective communication plans with various government agencies, government-owned entities, and business affiliates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Capital Market team to plan capital raise initiatives and align government agency relationships with capital market strategies.
  • Establish technical, financial, or business partnerships with government and government-affiliated entities to raise capital and foster strategic collaborations.
  • Seek out and maximize government business and financial support programs, utilizing available government industrial initiatives to secure support for our business.
  • Resolve government policy and regulatory challenges, ensuring compliance and facilitating the company\'s growth in the UAE while supporting capital planning.
  • Provide assistance to various business units in strategy development, studying market dynamics, and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic Capital Market team, gaining exposure to strategic capital raise planning and execution.
  • Engage with high-level government officials, leveraging existing relationships and establishing new resources to support our business objectives.
  • Work in a global environment, actively participating in M&A activities both in the UAE and internationally.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to navigate government policy and regulatory challenges, enabling NWTN\'s expansion and success.
  • Access government business and financial support programs to secure resources and capitalize on available industrial initiatives.
The Candidate
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in government relations, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Strong network of government relationships at a high level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to strategize and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in capital raise planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of M&A processes, both in the UAE and internationally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex government policy and regulatory challenges.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic guidance to multiple business units.
