Job Description
The Government Relation Typist main purpose is to ensure that all works related to the visa process will be achieved in the specified period. The role will be responsible for all online applications in the labour, immigration and other related departments.
Responsibilities:
Types of visa and other immigration applications in Arabic into the online government immigration systems Prepares letters or other requested correspondence documents in Arabic Arrange for translation of documents into Arabic from the legal translation office May translate simple documents into Arabic or English as and when required Maintains an electronic log and database of processed visas, passport, Emirates ID's, insurance cards. Type visa and medical , Emirates ID application form Track all visa expiry dates and sends renewal instructions to staff Prepare expense claims Updating immigration documents, processes and procedures Degree certificate under any steams At least 2 years typist work experience in UAE Excellent typing speed in Arabic language Able to read and write Arabic language Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Tasheel, Immigration System, Emirates ID and Medical System Comfortable to work in dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
