Position Government Relation Executive

Responsibilities :
Responsible for coordinating and liaising between Fakeeh University Hospital and Government organizations / healthcare authorities and providing a key inter-face between the two.
Collate and analyses stakeholder needs.
Organise events (such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press tours), source speakers.
Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings.
Undertake research for new service proposals and present them to potential new clients.
Foster good community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.

What to Expect :
The job is generally office-based, but you may have to travel frequently to attend networking and governments events and exhibitions, as well as meetings with clients.
Government relation executives are often expected to network and socialise with clients, the media, and colleagues to build and maintain relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as government relation officer or similar administrative role.
With at least 3 years\' work experience in the same field.
Degree in business administration or related field.
Proficient in MS Office and \xe2\x80\x9cback-office\xe2\x80\x9d software.
In-depth knowledge of office management.
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities in Arabic and English languages.
Integrity and confidentiality.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
