Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Risk Management:
Assist in implementing governance frameworks and policies aligned with best practices. Help ensure clients meet regulatory compliance requirements. * Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data to identify trends and risks and assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations. * Learning & Knowledge Sharing:
Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge, case studies, and best practices with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Legal, Sustainability, and Business Administration.
- UAE national with a family book.
- Minimum GPA 2.8 required.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct, KPMG's Core Values, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
