, a performance-driven marketing agency based in the UAE, working across healthcare, fashion, e-commerce, F&B, and real estate industries. We're expanding our digital team and seeking a highly skilled

Google My Business (GMB) Specialist

with at least 5 years of proven experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, verify, optimize, and manage GMB listings across multiple business locations. Ensure accuracy of business information (name, address, phone number, hours, categories, etc.) across all listings. Optimize GMB profiles for maximum visibility in local search and Google Maps. Monitor and respond to customer reviews in line with brand tone and guidelines. Conduct competitor analysis and track local ranking performance. Implement local SEO strategies to improve local search rankings. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve local content and relevance. Monitor and resolve GMB suspension or listing issues promptly. Provide detailed monthly reports on GMB performance and visibility metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing GMB profiles, especially in the UAE. Deep understanding of local SEO best practices and the UAE digital landscape. Experience with multi-location businesses and handling bulk listings. Strong knowledge of tools like Google Search Console, Google Maps, BrightLocal, and local citation tools. Ability to interpret GMB insights, track local ranking changes, and suggest improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Local SEO Certifications or relevant credentials. Familiarity with UAE regulations regarding business listings and online visibility. Experience working with UAE industries such as real estate, clinics, restaurants, or retail brands. Understanding of schema markup and local landing page optimization.
