We are seeking an experienced

Google Cloud Migration Architect

to lead and execute complex cloud migration initiatives across the Middle East region. The role demands strong

technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

,

architectural leadership

, and

hands-on migration execution

capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and execution of GCP migration projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and scalability. Guide Cloud Migration Engineers on virtual machine migration activities and provide technical leadership throughout the process. Troubleshoot and unblock technical challenges during migration and hypercare support phases. Develop migration runbooks, rollback strategies, and manage change control processes. Provide architectural assurance, risk management, and mitigation planning. Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leaders to deliver successful migration outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Google Cloud architecture

- IAM, VPC, IaaS, DBaaS, and Observability (Monitoring & Logging).

Hands-on experience

with GCP Migration Center and automation tools (good to have). Proven experience in

problem determination, triage, and migration troubleshooting

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Arabic-speaking

professional with the

flexibility to travel

across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
