Job description Webtek Digital is a full-service Boutique Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai. Interview will be Face to Face - 2 Rounds Minimum 2 Years Experience in Google & Social Ads Ad management. Digital Marketing Agency Experience Preferred. Plan and execute media buying campaigns on Social media platforms & Google based on Client objectives Set up and optimize campaigns at Advance Levels Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix and results Ensure ads, communication and creative are impactful for results Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) Report to clients and build long-term relationships Requirements Proven 2-3 years of experience in running successful performance marketing campaigns across Social Media, Google Text Ads campaigns. Candidates should be from the Digital Marketing domain. Digital marketing agency experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to run successful Lead Generation campaigns. Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media, GDN and display advertising campaigns. Designing digital strategies that support the client's business objectives and overcomes their challenges. Preparing technical pitches and reports. Should be able to come up with ideas and deliver results to provide ROI. Arabic speaking is must.
