Key Responsibilities

• Support the ISL Manager in overseeing daily goods flow operations across inbound and outbound logistics
• Optimize logistics processes by balancing volume, space utilization, equipment, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental legislation and internal codes of conduct
• Contribute to logistics action plans and ensure effective execution within goods flow operations
• Share operational expertise to develop team competencies and support business partners
• Ensure accurate stock handling, product quality, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate on IKEA Value Chain objectives in line with global service protocols and agreements
• Promote environmental sustainability initiatives that support long-term profitability
• Actively demonstrate and embed IKEA values within the team

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum three years of experience in goods flow, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proven leadership experience within a retail or high-volume operational environment
• Strong communication skills with good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Advanced computer proficiency including MS Office and Navision
