• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients. • Day to Day contact with the potential clients/offtake to establish a business relationship and meet with them i.e. Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners • Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan. • Strong global market intelligence and good understanding on the price trends. • Research the latest in the business industry and ensure correct market positioning of the product to increase the net back for the company. • Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals. Establish cost parameters and manage the P&L of the division • Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive • Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.

Chemical Engineering degree will be plus. • Strong capabilities with database and information systems software • Previous data analysis experience • Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes • Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends • Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes. • Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors and partners to appropriate management teams. • Work with business analysts to develop long-term strategic initiatives • Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans • Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development • Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations
