The Global Visa Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling global visa services, assisting clients through the visa process, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and telephonic sales skills, customer service orientation, and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to global visa services via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Promote and sell visa packages for multiple countries.
Provide accurate information on visa documentation, requirements, and procedures.
Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth handling of applications.
Keep updated with the latest visa regulations, embassy requirements, and travel advisories.
Prepare daily sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
visa sales or travel consultancy
(preferred).
Excellent
communication and telephonic sales skills
.
Strong
customer service orientation
with persuasive selling abilities.
Goal-driven and
target-oriented
mindset.
Basic knowledge of visa processes for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
