The Global Senior Manager - Marketing Production is responsible for leading the strategic planning, creation, and production of compelling, on-brand sales and marketing collateral for sales purpose that supports business growth, enhances customer engagement, and drives product and solution clarity with strong brand impact.
This role oversees the full production lifecycle--from concept development and content collection to design, localization, quality control, and distribution--ensuring alignment with Global Logistics business development goals, regional market needs, and branding standards.
The role collaborates closely with regional marketing teams, product managers, global sales leaders, DP World's Corporate Design Studio, and external vendors to drive the development, accessibility, and scalability of high-impact sales and marketing materials. These materials support a variety of channels, including one-to-one sales meetings, RFIs, campaigns, and events.
It requires a strong blend of creative direction, operational excellence, a sound understanding of the logistics industry, and cross-cultural communication. The ultimate goal is the timely delivery of consistent, cost-effective, and relevant materials to target audiences globally.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Strategic Oversight & Planning
Develop and implement the global strategy for marketing and sales collateral production.
Ensure alignment across global and regional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and brand.
2. Project & Workflow Management
Lead end-to-end production processes for print and digital marketing materials.
Set and manage workflows, project timelines, and approval mechanisms for timely delivery.
3. Creative Direction & Brand Consistency
Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic messaging.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and brand teams to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the main liaison among global logistics marketing, sales, product teams, and vendors.
Tailor collateral to meet regional market needs based on continuous stakeholder feedback.
5. Quality Control & Performance Monitoring
Establish and uphold quality assurance standards.
Track usage, effectiveness, and ROI of materials; iterate based on analytics and feedback.
6. Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Oversee budget allocation and drive cost-efficiency in production processes.
7. Digital Asset Management
Maintain a centralized, accessible repository for sales and marketing assets across the global network.
Ensure materials are up-to-date, compliant, and organized for ease of use.

Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Education & Background
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in design, production, sales enablement, and marketing in a global, B2B setting, preferable in the supply chain industry
2. Skills & Expertise
Project Management: Experience managing cross-regional, multi-stakeholder projects.
Creative Production: Skilled in developing a range of sales/marketing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies, digital media).
Brand Execution: Strong understanding of brand consistency across markets.
Technology Savvy: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), as well as in the use of AI tools to support efficient collateral creation & productions
Industry Expertise: Experience in transport, logistics, or similar B2B industries.
Vendor & Budget Management: Skilled in handling external vendors and managing production budgets.

Global Perspective: Familiarity with adapting content to regional markets and cultural nuances.
