Founded in 2016, our headquarter is located in Dubai, UAE. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dubai for a Global Product Marketing Manager. The Global Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, creating go-to-market strategies, managing the product life cycle, developing product marketing campaigns, and working closely with the sales team. The Global Product Marketing Manager will be expected to provide strategic direction for product positioning so that Guapi can continue to expand and captivate our target audience. Job Responsibilities
- Grow brand equity and drive sales growth for both online and wholesale channels as Macy\'s (M), Dillard\'s (DDS), Neiman Marcus, and Saks.
- Enhance and drive brand image, and positioning to market.
- Build strong relationships with talents, PR agency or marketing agencies.
- Run integrated online and offline marketing plans to enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and develop brand campaigns (Fashion Week, New Product Press Conference)
- 5 + years relevant working experience in the fashion or apparel industry is required
- Extensive experience in Market Research, Product Management, and Go-to-Market Strategy
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of driving Sales and developing Product Marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and draw insights that can be translated into actionable plans
- Familiar with the high end fashion market and consumer habits, able to integrate both internal and external resources to track global hot news
- Project experience in fashion week (preferably) or brand campaigns
- Able to identify, analyse and solve problems, and strong resistance to pressure
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
