Job Summary

We are currently in search of a Field Rotating Equipment Engineer (Mechanical Engineer), who is responsible for providing Maintenance Engineering support to the Producing Department, focusing on specialized engineering and technical expertise in maintaining Rotating Equipment, Electrical, and Instrument systems. The primary goal is to ensure stable operations, maximize profitability, and uphold the highest standards of safety and environmental practices. As a Field Rotating Equipment Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of critical equipment, contributing significantly to the success of the department and the overall company.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain day-to-day reliable operations, minimizing equipment out of service.
• Develop and manage rotating PM (Preventive Maintenance) programs, evaluating equipment performance, recommending improvements, and adopting new technologies.
• Conduct rotating equipment and valve repairs, and generate failure analysis reports for all equipment defects and failures in the plant.
• Lead the maintenance team in performing investigation and troubleshooting activities and develop recommendations based on findings.
• Frequently review and update the critical spare part list for the designated area and conduct cataloguing activities.
• Handle active maintenance work orders, including ordering materials and carrying out shutdown tasks, new work, and upgrades.
• Develop contract scope of work and coordinate with vendors for maintenance-related activities.
• Review and execute projects design packages.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• Hold a bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other advanced professional engineering degree in a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience with advanced knowledge and expertise in Stationary Equipment, Structure, and Piping systems, as well as corrosion.
• Familiarity with equipment reliability and failure troubleshooting.
• Preferably have professional engineering certifications like CRMP (Certified Reliability Maintenance Professional), TapRoot, FE (Professional Engineer Fundamentals Exam), and PE (Professional Engineer).
• Good knowledge of the design and operating function of This Company facilities and equipment.
• Ability to apply engineering analysis and appraisal to maintenance techniques and practices.
• Practical knowledge and experience in maintenance methods & practices, including offshore pipelines & platform structures repairs, welding & fabrication procedures, coating systems, and material science.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in oil and gas process engineering technology through work experience, conferences, seminars, and professional journals.
• Possess a positive attitude, be open to new ideas, and ready to face new challenges while working collaboratively for the company\'s best interests.
