• Lead and manage a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Design and implement network solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor network performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure optimal network availability and performance.
• Implement robust network monitoring tools and establish proactive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective issue resolution.

• You have led a team of about 10-15 individuals, as well as managing external vendors.
• You have demonstrated experience in network architecture design, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
