Global HR Manager
Location: UAE
6 months role to start immediately
Salary based on experience
This is a rare opportunity to shape and transform a global HR function in a creative, fast-moving business.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Global HR Manager who's comfortable operating with real autonomy. Someone who can bring structure, clarity, and confidence to how people operations work across a complex, international workforce.
This is not a maintenance role. You won't inherit a polished HR machine. You'll design it, embed it, and own it.
A little about Soluis.
Our business is global, distributed, and contractor heavy. We're scaling, operating across multiple jurisdictions, and navigating increasing people and compliance complexity, but our HR function needs stronger foundations to support that reality.
We're looking for someone who believes in structure without unnecessary red tape. Someone who knows that when people systems work properly, great people do their best work, and the business performs better as a result.
You'll be trusted to make judgement calls, set direction, and roll up your sleeves when it counts.
