-Looking for someone from IT product companies - We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive processes that are around Performance management - performance, maximize their contribution and make informed decisions about people.
- Must have experience in handling HoDs to develop a clear definition of goals and task expectations of all the roles in the company
- Establish clear KPIs for tracking progress and success.
- Refine and simplify required competencies as enablers of performance at different levels of organization. - Establish an effective performance appraisal process that measures individual performance on the agreed goals, KPIs and competencies.
- Drive the process for identifying, tracking and dealing with low and marginal performers proactively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:
