Position summary
The Head of SWFs and Central Banks is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, revenue growth, client engagement and external market positioning for the segment globally. This individual will lead a global team of sales and client executive professionals and be directly accountable for delivering commercial outcomes aligned with the company's broader strategic objectives. The role will own C-suite relationships, be seen a trusted client partner and deliver positive outcomes for our most important clients.
The Head of SWFs and Central Banks will play a critical role in defining go-to-market plans, identifying growth opportunities within the segment, and ensuring the successful execution of complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. This role requires deep market insight, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to influence, including regular interaction with the C-suite of both clients and internal executive leadership.
The role also works in close partnership with FI Sales Head, Issuer Services, Banking and Markets to drive One Citi / pan-Services client solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and inspirational leader who brings a strong track record of sales success and managed a world class sales process. This individual will have direct experience of winning new mandates in this segment and owning the most senior client relationships. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that will shape the trajectory of the company's Asset Owner segment, requiring both strategic vision and operational excellence.
