Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Project Management Office (PMO), this leadership role will drive the planning, execution, and governance of complex, multi-region projects across freight forwarding, logistics, and technology functions. The position focuses on standardizing global project management practices, integrating digital systems, and delivering measurable business outcomes across air, ocean, and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global project management initiatives and transformation programs across the logistics division.
• Oversee strategy-to-execution activities for Freight Forwarding and Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Chair the Freight Forwarding Communities Roadmap Council to integrate global priorities and manage a single JIRA-governed backlog.
• Implement PMO best practices and standardized methodologies across international projects.
• Drive alignment between regional, product, and technology teams to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Oversee governance, resource planning, scope control, and risk management for all logistics projects.
• Lead roadmap planning, performance reporting, and progress tracking through KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Provide strategic recommendations, risk mitigation, and issue resolution support for cross-functional programs.
• Manage JIRA/Confluence standards, including workflows, dependencies, and backlog hygiene.
• Support team capability development, including training and mentoring PMO professionals globally.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience leading global, multi-region technology or logistics programs.
• Proven expertise in Freight Forwarding, logistics transformation, and technology-driven project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and data-driven project portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and operational levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights and continuous process improvement.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in high-complexity environments.
