Position Overview
DP World is seeking a Global Director - Finished Vehicles to lead the development and execution of the Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) strategy worldwide. This role will drive end-to-end supply chain solutions for the automotive industry, strengthen DP World's position as a thought leader, and support revenue growth by aligning logistics strategies with customer needs and global market trends.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a global FVL sub-vertical strategy aligned with automotive supply chain best practices
• Lead creation of data-driven, end-to-end logistics solutions in collaboration with ports, terminals, and regional teams
• Act as subject matter expert to support Global Vertical VP, global and key account managers with customer-specific FVL solutions
• Facilitate sales and business development across regions, aiming to grow FVL revenue by 10% by 2027
• Represent DP World at industry conferences and events, promoting thought leadership in the automotive logistics sector
• Provide training, collateral, and strategic guidance to strengthen DP World's FVL positioning globally
• Coordinate with marketing and communications to build campaigns and PR that highlight DP World's FVL solutions
• Track and manage KPIs for the FVL vertical, ensuring measurable performance improvements
• Lead cross-functional and global teams to deliver FVL solutions tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with key clients globally, presenting solutions and building long-term partnerships

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with focus on automotive finished vehicle logistics
• In-depth knowledge of RORO shipping, port processing, PDI, and containerized vehicle handling
• Proven track record of delivering logistics strategies that drive revenue and operational excellence
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to work with large supply chain datasets
• Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement in logistics operations
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills, capable of managing diverse global teams
• Skilled in presenting complex solutions to clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
