Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Global Advocacy Officer to support and implement advocacy strategies for international development programs. This role involves creating and executing advocacy campaigns, engaging with global partners, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of advocacy strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain continuous engagement with strategic partners and stakeholders, fostering high-level relationships.
• Contribute to the growth and dissemination of global advocacy platforms, tools, and publications.
• Oversee advocacy grants, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
• Support thematic strategy development and country program design from an advocacy perspective.
• Prepare and share sector-specific insights, reports, and research to inform decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in nutrition, economics, social sciences, or related development fields.
• 2+ years of experience in program management and monitoring & evaluation (preferably within the development field).
• Strong financial management skills, including budget management, audit follow-up, and compliance reporting.
• Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with donors, implementers, and government counterparts.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments and manage crises with professionalism.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness and capacity to travel independently abroad.
