We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Glass Tempering Machine Operator
to join our glass processing team in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the glass tempering machine to ensure high-quality production output according to company standards.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the glass tempering machine during production. Set up machine parameters and ensure correct temperature and speed settings. Inspect glass for quality, thickness, and size before and after tempering. Handle loading and unloading of glass sheets carefully to avoid damage. Identify and troubleshoot operational or quality issues. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform basic maintenance and report major machine faults to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
operating glass tempering machines (e.g., Tamglass, Northglass, or equivalent). Good knowledge of glass types, thickness, and quality standards. Ability to work independently and follow production schedules. Must becurrently in Qatar
with a validQID
(NOC preferred). Physically fit and safety conscious. Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.Benefits:
