The Role

Position Title:

GL Accountant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading FMCG importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality produce to both local and international markets. o Perform monthly reconciliation of number of staff in the system vs with Record. o Prepare the payroll entries with the Division, Department and Employees codes for FM approval and seek FM approval after posting. Prepare the monthly payroll High level Summary and reconciliation for GL Supervisor / FM and CFO approvals. o Ensure the Utility payments (Water& Electricity, Telecommunications Bills, Salik Replenishment ) are paid on time. Prepare monthly consumption analysis for Utility Expenses such as Water and Electricity and highlight the reason for monthly abnormal spent /overcharges o Develop ERP Knowledge and be super user of all Finance Module and reduce the manual process.



Requirements

Male, 40 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting is preferred o At least 5 years UAE experience and must be from FMCG Industry with strong experience as General o Ledger Accountant o Proficient in EXCEL, SAP, ORACLE, and IFRS ;Reconciliations and period end closing process
