Gifting Ideas & Creative Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking someone with excellent creativity, fashion sense, and the ability to bring unique gifting ideas to life across our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement gift ideas, packaging concepts, and presentation themes for all outlets. Supervise and train outlet staff on gift wrapping standards and creative displays. Visit all UAE branches regularly to ensure uniform gifting quality and presentation. Plan seasonal and festive gifting campaigns (Eid, Ramadan, National Day, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to design gifting corners and promotions. Source and suggest new packaging materials, wrapping styles, and creative solutions. Evaluate outlet gifting performance and submit reports for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven creativity and visual presentation skills Experience in gift packaging, visual merchandising, or creative retail roles. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel across UAE outlets. Knowledge of men's fashion and modern gifting trends preferred.
