Drive B2B sales of gift cards through loyalty programs, banks, aggregators, and corporate clients
Build and manage long-term relationships with government, semi-government, and private sector partners
Lead commercial negotiations, sales contracts, complaint handling, and payout processes
Ensure compliance with KYC, KYB, and Central Bank audit guidelines
Coordinate fulfillment operations across Blue Rewards, marketing, data, and finance teams
Analyze partner performance, report delays, and recommend improvements
Promote gift card usage across redemption and points exchange platforms
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in gift card corporate sales, business development, or fintech loyalty
Strong understanding of API integration for sales channels
Solid knowledge of Central Bank and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to manage key accounts and high-value partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
