Overview:

Job Title: Project Manager II (Country Manager) Location: Bahrain Security Clearance: Secret Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US citizenship is required. Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is looking for a Project Manager, who will be a key member of a dynamic, multi-disciplined team OCONUS. This role will be responsible for management of geographically dispersed Field Service Engineers. This includes the planning, monitoring, recording, and tracking of personnel, and equipment such as software licenses and hardware assets to ensure compliance with both Trace Systems and government property accountability compliance practices. Attention to governance, continuous improvement, and industry Best Practice is critical. Provide management oversight to the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, ensure Trace Systems leadership cost, schedule, and performance satisfaction. Evaluate task execution performance, including the performance of individual team members. Provide project management responsible for the oversight of all FSR movements, operational issues, Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR), and report them to both the Program Management Office and the COR. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum 10 years in systems development and engineering required, OR an associate degree plus 15 total years of recent specialized experience, OR 20 total years of recent specialized experience. Possesses excellent verbal communication, documentation and writing skills. Mission-oriented team player, with strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multitask. Manage time and workload effectively in a fast-paced military environment. Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail required. Well-organized, self-starter. Education:
