Overview

**This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP**

+ Under the general direction of the Service Desk Supervisor, the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Analyst provides general knowledge and hands-on experience while ensuring that data entered into GFEBS is processed correctly. The Analyst routinely pulls data from GFEBS and Maximo ® and generates reports and analysis for compliance, accuracy and duplication of entries.

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

+ Performs daily data validation in both GFEBS and Maximo ® to ensure information is correct.

+ Investigates discrepancies between GFEBS and Maximo ® and adjusts errors. If discrepancies are found, prepares and reviews appropriate adjustment documentation.

+ Performs ad-hoc GFEBS and Maximo ® reports as needed.

+ Ability to merge GFEBS and Maximo ® data sets for comparison across systems.

+ Ability to access, query, and download GFEBS and Maximo ® files/reports.

+ Provide descriptive GFEBS and Maximo ® statistics data.

+ Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

+ Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Work experience can be substituted on a year for year basis.

+ Must possess a US Driver's License for the purpose of obtaining a Military or Kuwait Driver's License.

+ Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:

+ To be qualified for this position you must comply with USCENTCOM MOD 16 that requires proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the CDC or host country requirements. As of now, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 you must have received either two doses of Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine, two doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine, two doses of Moderna Vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, and two weeks must have elapsed after the final dose was administered. This definition may change in accordance with CDC guidelines. Compliance with this government requirement is an essential function of the position and is a condition of employment.

+ Clearance Requirement:

+ Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Car (CAC).

+ Experience:

+ Prior experience with GFEBS.

+ Prior experience with Maximo ®.

+ Requires three (3) years of experience in a SAP environment creating large data sets, process reports, and analysis of customer/supplier/invoice/equipment data.

+ Skills:

+ Must have strong functional knowledge of GFEBS IDOC error resolution.

+ Must have strong functional knowledge of GFEBS Business intelligence data extraction.

+ Must have familiarity with general office procedures, organizing material, and good housekeeping principles.

+ Must have good working knowledge of the Army and/or contractor property accountability policies and procedures.

+ Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.

+ Intermediate ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written is required.

+ Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is required.

+ High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required.

+ Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or complaints both verbally and in writing.

+ Ability to effectively articulate information to management.

+ Ability to use independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.

+ Working Conditions:

+ Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

+ Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the

+ winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

+ Physical Requirements:

+ Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

+ If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

+ Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and

+ hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
