Position Summary Faculty are expected to teach German language to corporate staffs, the faculty should take full responsibility for their teaching design, management, and delivery. They will also participate in departmental administration as requested by the Head of the Department. Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah Qualifications & Experience:

• Subject-related Degree or native speaker with teaching experience

• Experience in corporate training

• Deliver courses to students in specified discipline areas of study

• Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to sustain student success

• Motivate and inspire confidence in others (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations to personal growth and success

• Actively seek out methods, procedures, and resources to best achieve course and lesson objectives

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
