Your responsibilities as a geotechnical engineer:

• Develop designs for our products and oversee the geotechnical elements during execution.
• Collaborate with project and tender teams to provide expert geotechnical input and write technical proposals for projects in the Middle East and abroad.
• Prepare and review method statements, supervise field tests, and manage soil investigation works.
• Provide (on-site) geotechnical support for ground improvement projects in the Middle East and abroad.
• Balance multiple projects effectively, maintaining organisational skills and flexibility.

Your qualities
You will make a real impact as a geotechnical engineer if you have:

• A Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Expert knowledge of stone column and DC/DR execution and design
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel abroad for short or extended periods.
• A driver's license is a plus.

Extra information

• Your team: You'll be part of the Cofra team based in Abu Dhabi, while some of your colleagues will be working from the Netherlands.
• Where you will work: You will work from our office in Abu Dhabi.

• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of geotechnical engineer is full time.
