A multinational free zone company with offices in the US, Europe, Middle East and China is recruiting a young Electronics Engineer having 1-3 years of experience as a Geophysical recording equipment repair technician and in the testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of Geophysical equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for preparing repair reports utilizing internal systems, monitoring failure trends and providing feedback.

Job Requirements
- Must possess the ability to speak, read and write English proficiently.
- Skills must include the ability to perform through-hole and surface mount soldering. The repair technician must possess a high mechanical aptitude and must be able to troubleshoot electronic equipment on a board level and perform comprehensive testing, calibration, assembly and modification of equipment as required.
- Diagnose and perform repairs, modifications and upgrades by following technical diagrams and documentation.
- Required to have a thorough understanding and knowledge of products by studying all technical documentation related to the products including testing procedures and general technical requirements.
- Analyze the root cause of defective products and provide documentation to endorse the findings.
- Perform duties to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s focus on quality including continual improvement to service and products and doing the job right the first time, on time, and as effectively and safely as possible.
- Work in accordance with all legislation and company policy requirements pertaining to employee safety, health and wellness.
- Experience in board level testing and troubleshooting experience.
- Diploma in Electronics Technology.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Excellent soldering skills.
- Ability to read schematics and grasp technical content.
