Job Position: Genetic Counselor

Ferticlinic Fertilization Centre is looking for a compassionate and skilled

Genetic Counselor

to join our expert team in providing personalized genetic counseling services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide genetic counseling and guidance to patients and families regarding inherited conditions and genetic disorders
Analyze family medical histories and laboratory results to assess genetic risks
Educate patients on genetic testing options, results interpretation, and potential treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, fertility specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
Document patient information and counseling sessions accurately in patient records
Stay up-to-date with advancements in genetics and genetic counseling practices

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of experience in Genetic Counseling or a related field
? DOH/DHA/MOH eligibility or active license
? Strong understanding of genetics, genomics, and counseling techniques
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
? Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi
