The client is a multinational telecommunications holding company headquartered in London, England. It has operations in around 180 countries and is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband, and mobile services in the UK, and also provides subscription television and IT
services.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Genesys Cloud Architect. This person will partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional program team members.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and Operation, including management of Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD)
• First call point of contact
• Problem management and problem resolution
• Change requests, additional call flows, additional lines of business, and new requirements.
• Defects processing for customized functionality and integrations.
• Call flow optimization reviews
• Schedule, develop, test, and implement preventive actions.
• Documentation and training services

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies
• Broad experience with Genesys Cloud solutions
• Solid skills in providing architecture solution for enterprise applications
• Experience in contact center support
• Understanding of the system architecture
• Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
