Company > UAE industry-specialized strategy consulting delivering end-to-end transformationPurpose of the project > The role of the consultant will provide support to one of our clients to develop and implement a transition plan for a \xe2\x80\x98carve out\xe2\x80\x99 over the next ~12 months. This role will require supporting across a variety of workstreams/initiatives with minimal supervision, to create maximum impact for our client. This involves hands- on involvement with the planning, problem-solving and implementation, extensive client-site work and coordination with client and third-party advisory teams at all levelsResponsabilities > Collaborate on the delivery of cross-functional initiatives through project status tracking, leading meetings, identifying next steps, and assigning ownership / roles; Lead solutions to client problems independently applying a structured approach while raising more complex problems to internal leadership; Perform key qualitative and financial analyses, with the ability to create analytical insights, package those into effective communication, and use to inform key decisions; Effective stakeholder management and the provision of regular updates on implementation status, providing feedback on plans and raising issues and providing mitigating actions when addressing complex problems & roadblocks: Support in all aspects of SteerCo/Management Committee preparation including key analyses for topics, finalizing and distributing materials, etcThe Candidate > 5+ years of experience, in a Top Consulting Firm; Experience in rolling out and managing implementation projects, managing multiple stakeholders; proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills; Experience developing target operating models is preferred, but not required; Experience in carve-outs/separations preferred, but not required MBA or other graduate level degree preferred, but not required; Excellent project management and implementation skillsSoft skills > Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Willingness to \xe2\x80\x9croll up your sleeves\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x9d and work at all levels of the client organization; Ability to handle ambiguity with comfort; Possess entrepreneurial mindset; Ability to maintain confidentialityWorkload/Location > Full-time role, base location Abu DhabiLength > 12 monthsNo boundaries on age and nationalities, as long as he can get the work done with quality
