Job Description

Support the Practice Leaders or Project Leaders with executive summaries and in-depth research by working through a wide range of information tools and proprietary databases Conduct primary research, collect and analyse secondary research, extrapolate key insights and prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings Prepare high quality presentations for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts. Lead small workstreams within larger projects and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards Assist project team with relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

6 - 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a significant focus on public sector projects or significant experience in the public sector in an internal consulting role Previous experience of working with government clients is a plus Relationships with public sector leaders and a proven ability to manoeuvre through government channels

Consulting business knowledge Arabic speaker mandatory - UAE national preferred Analytical skills - Ability to synthesize information and glean key concepts and trends from the information, provide own point of view and insights in the deliverables.
