JOB DESCRIPITION

Overview

Responsible for supervising all interior fit?out and craftsmanship activities on site, ensuring high?quality execution, timely delivery, and full compliance with safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

o Oversee daily site operations for carpentry, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, metal works, and other interior trades.

o Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and craftsmen to maintain smooth workflow.

o Review drawings, materials, and method statements before execution.

o Monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

o Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions.

o Manage and guide craftsmen and subcontractors; conduct daily briefings.

o Enforce safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.

o Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and coordinate timely deliveries.

o Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, and assist with snag list closure.

Skills & Competencies

o Strong knowledge of interior fit?out and craftsmanship trades.

o Ability to read technical drawings.

o Leadership, coordination, and problem?solving skills.

o High attention to detail and quality.

o Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

o Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

o Minimum 10 years of interior fit?out/craftsmanship supervision experience.

o Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects is an advantage.

o Strong knowledge of safety and site management practices.

o UAE experience required.

o Salary: 4000-6000 AED.
