Oversee all daily operations of the sales departments, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Manage the departmental budget, control expenses, and ensure the profitability of the sales division. Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our company's high standards.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in a senior sales management role, specifically within the automotive industry. Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales team. In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in the use of CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
