Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced General Precast Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of precast production activities in our facility, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across operations.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily precast production activities (mold preparation, steel preparation, carpentry work, demolding, storing, loading, assembly).

Work closely with engineers to ensure production follows project specifications and quality standards.

Monitor manpower allocation and productivity across different production sections.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Plan daily tasks to avoid delays and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams as required.

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a foreman in a precast concrete factory.

Strong knowledge of precast production processes (molds, reinforcement, casting, demolding, storage, loading).

Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams (steel, carpentry, casting).

Ability to read and interpret production drawings and schedules.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
