Job Description

The General Practitioner (GP) will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups, ensuring high standards of clinical care in line with evidence-based medical practice. The GP will play a central role in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and health education, while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patient well-being and the Center's mission of delivering accessible, quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough medical consultations, examinations, and assessments for patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across a wide range of medical conditions. Prescribe medications, treatments, and diagnostic investigations in accordance with clinical guidelines. Provide preventive care, health promotion, and patient education on lifestyle and wellness. Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when advanced care is required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Participate in multi-disciplinary case discussions, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DoH) and other regulatory authorities' requirements. Promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and dignity at all times.
Qualifications & Requirement

MBBS degree or equivalent medical qualification. Valid professional license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE (DoH). Minimum of 2-5 years' clinical experience in primary care or family medicine (UAE experience preferred). Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practice.
